Stop calling and hnging up at a busines place. Unprofessional annoying & disruptive

A Ronnie cooper is calling from federal legislation of customer business regulations and that my ssn was in a lawsuit from a debt I owed. Which I don't. They knew personal info about me. They had caucasion names but indian accents. They are fraud called my local police dept regarding the harrassment call.

Just received the same call. Any suggestions?

phone number keeps popping-up on my mobile, with no reply.

continually calls and never leaves a messege and when i return call the # it tells me i can't reach the caller without dialing 1

Northwestern Mutual is who answers when I call back.
